• Property management and digital deed file creation tools.
• Rent determination analyzes compliant with Supreme Court and CPI/PPI.
• Portfolio management center for real estate professionals.
• Scientific valuation reporting infrastructure for experts.

3. Rules of Use

The following rules must be observed during the use of the platform:

• Users undertake the accuracy of the information they provide during registration.
• Activities that damage the technical infrastructure of the platform or negatively affect the experience of other users cannot be engaged in.
• Data mining, scraping, or unauthorized data extraction with automated systems is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, design, algorithms, and reporting formats on the Kiratespit platform are the intellectual property of Kiratespit.

• Reports generated through the platform can only be used for the specified purpose of use.
• Logos, brands, and trademarks cannot be reproduced or used without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Although Kiratespit makes maximum effort for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the data provided;

• Analyzes provided by the platform are advisory; the final decision belongs to the user.
• Kiratespit cannot be held responsible for errors arising from third-party data sources.
• 100% guarantee is not given regarding the uninterrupted accessibility of the platform.
