What Is an Expert Witness Rent Determination Report?
In rent determination lawsuits, courts redetermine the rent through judicial channels when a dispute arises between the parties or when the lease reaches the 5-year mark. Market Value and Comparable Rent Analysis
The market rent is calculated based on the rental value formed in the market for similar residential or commercial properties in the same area.
